Sometimes the defects are hard to determine during testing or I just make a mistake sometimes so I do offer a 30-day refund policy on defective goods. I want you to be confident in your purchase! Unfortunately I cannot offer courtesy returns (you changed your mind etc.). But if your product is not working as intended Plain Deals will be happy to offer a return.
