📦 My 30-Day Defective Item Guarantee
I physically inspect and test my items to ensure they work as intended. If you receive an item that is defective or not working as described, I offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of delivery or local pickup.
🔄 What items are eligible for a return?
- Defective Goods: If the product has a mechanical or electronic failure not mentioned in the "Items Condition" description.
- Incorrect Items: If I accidentally shipped the wrong product.
🛑 What is NOT eligible for a return?
To keep my liquidation prices as low as possible for all my customers, I cannot offer courtesy returns for the following:
- Change of Mind: If you no longer want the item or it doesn't fit your needs.
- Minor Cosmetic Imperfections: Since I sell Amazon returns and open-box items, minor surface scratches or box damage that do not affect functionality are not considered defects.
📥 How to start a return
If your item is defective, please contact me immediately:
- Email: plaindeals.ca@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the defect.
- Inspection: I may request a photo or video of the defect to verify the claim.

Refund: Once the defect is verified, I will issue a refund (Note that standard bank processing times might take a couple days to complete)
📍 Local Returns (Stony Plain, AB)
For customers who used Free Local Pickup, returns must be brought back to my Stony Plain residence for a refund.
