This is a **non-programmable thermostat** designed to control the temperature for conventional single-stage systems (**1 Heat / 1 Cool**). It provides accurate temperature control of **+/- 1°F** for consistent comfort. The room temperature is displayed from 41°F to 95°F, and the temperature control range is from 44°F to 90°F.

The thermostat features a separate **heating and cooling swing (cycle rate)** adjustment. This allows you to fine-tune how long your system runs during a cycle, which helps to maintain a more comfortable temperature and can reduce energy usage, leading to savings on annual heating and cooling costs.

Additional features include a **room temperature calibration** setting for display accuracy and a selectable **5-minute compressor delay protection** to prevent damage to your air conditioning unit. A low battery indicator provides a timely reminder to change the batteries.

This thermostat is designed for single-stage conventional systems. Compatible systems include: **Single-Stage Heating & Cooling**, Gas/Oil/Electric Furnaces (Heat only), Boiler/Radiant systems (Heat only), and 24-volt Gas Fireplaces.

It is designed for systems that use **2 to 5 wires**. It is not suitable for connections with 6 to 8 wires.
