BANG! The Dice Game is a fast-paced tabletop hidden-role game set in the American Wild West. The core gameplay centers around a secret team dynamic where players are assigned roles as the Sheriff and deputies, outlaws, or renegades, each working toward competing victory conditions.

Participants receive a unique character card granting a specialized special power to use throughout the match. Players take turns rolling five custom dice up to three times to determine their actions, which include shooting neighboring opponents, extending shot ranges, healing life points, or interacting with a central pool of nine Indian arrow tokens.

The tactical system forces players to balance risk, as accumulating arrow tokens inflicts damage on the group once the pool is depleted, while rolling a trio of Gatling gun symbols clears a player's tokens and damages all opponents. Play continues in rotation until one faction successfully eliminates their targets, allowing eliminated teammates to still share in the victory if their faction succeeds.
