It has shipping damage to the upper rear corner of the clear plastic water reservoir. A section of the top rim plastic is cracked and broken off as shown in the photos. The damage is above the max fill line, so the reservoir still holds water without leaking during brewing.

New and fully tested and working, including the digital clock display and heating element.  No box included but has instructions.
